Dixie winning Head of Household was amazing. I knew I wasn't going to win that one because I felt myself stumbling a bit as I did it. When results were going out, Dixie, Estelle, and I were all freaking out, because Kristen started to catch up to us at the last second. I knew I had answered the last one pretty fast, so I knew that if I could get this, it would stop Kristen from achieving a tie-breaker, and Dixie would win the challenge. And .. what do you know! I buzzed in the fastest and got it, and Dixie walked away with the Head of Household key. As soon as this happened, Estelle and I both heaved a sigh simultaneously because we knew we weren't going anywhere this week, neither was Dominic.
Dixie came to me before her nominations and asked who she should put beside Ryan on the block. I told her, she needed to do Kristen, no matter what. Ryan and Kristen are more likely to save the other on the block, and they're both better in competitions than Talla, meaning if they won, they'd just removes themselves and Talla would be able to go up in their place without any sort of issue. Dixie agreed that it was the more intelligent decision. Dixie definitely wants Ryan out the most this week, which is a great move for her and Estelle, because he'd 100% go after them if he won, but I've been trying to keep my word to Ryan, so I haven't been necessarily throwing him under the bus.
When nominations went up, it wasn't a surprise in the slightest. I knew that Ryan and Kristen were the likely nominations. I was more surprised at the fact that Ryan didn't react to them like he usually does. Up until this point, Ryan has had absolutely no filter in starting shit in threads and getting people riled up, which he's told me is just to get a reaction out of people. He didn't do it this time, so I feel like he knew he needed to win that Power of Veto if he wanted to stay. If Ryan didn't win the Veto and he stayed up on the block, it was almost inescapable for him. He'd go. Ryan going increases The #DreamTeam's chances of winning competitions, so that's why Ryan going could actually be a pro.
