Whoever left this week between Dixie and Rhian would have been pissed at me. They can say I handled the situation poorly or whatever but they would have said that regardless of what I did or how I did it. There really was now way to avoid pissing off one of my friends unless I threw the veto - and even then, both nominees would have wanted my vote. I feel bad having let Rhian go, but if she truly didn't care about winning like she said she did, she would have been okay with it. So what you didn't reach your previous placement? It's just a game that you didn't even want to win. What's the point in getting pissy over it?
Maybe in their minds they're completely justified but IMO they're just making excuses for themselves to justify their bitterness. Like I can't blame them for getting upset that I am letting them go, BUT to tell me they want to do everything they can for me to win and then putting me in this shitty position this week forcing me to piss one of them off is absurd. If they never did that, then IMO they would be completely justified in their attitudes toward me. But they can't expect me to do everything they want me to just to walk to the end. This week their argument was they'll throw it to me in the end. Like, okay? But if we made it to f2 per their standards, THEY would be the reason we made it to the end. If I continued doing everything they wanted me to, i would have literally nothing to tell the jury. "I did what Dixie and Rhian wanted bc they promised I would win." Okay? How is that appealing to a jury. At some point I had to step up and play for my fucking self if I wanted a chance at this. I'm sorry everything isn't done according to your agenda even if you didn't wanna win, that doesn't mean you WOULDN'T.
"Oh we don't want to win, we want top row"
"No wait we want top four"
"I wanna tie my previous placement"
"I wanna tie talla"
Progressively it's gotten them closer to the end... Next it'd be like
"I want to make f3"
"I wanna be in the finals"
"I only want one vote..."
"I only want these couple of votes..."
